I have actual experience in life of exceptionally high levels of stress and I have learned to cope with any stress in any situation over the past few years. I have taken that practical experience and added to it four years of training in hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP to create a business to help people manage stress, in fact take stress and make it work for them.
Because stress is based on how you perceive events in life I can help you to change that perception - the events don't change but your response does and that is amazingly powerful!
To change the way you think about stress can be achieved through hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy and neuro-linguistic programming and I have trained in all these areas.
I can teach you some quick stress and
